If i see 7 degree diff at idle, is it safe to give 7 degree to the entire map???. If ill do it i should see 34 degree around 8000 rpm...thats no to much right?

Hey m8s.
I cant match the timing with s300. I go to Online menu and click the set timing option. Then i check with my timing light and i see 9 degree when i should see 16 degree. I move the dizzy up and down and the timining stay stock in 9. When i move down in the program to 9, with my timing light ...
