Pretty sure it was. Sounded like my old integra after my timing belt blew up and i messed up a couple of valves.
What would a knock sound like?

The noise is away after changing back to stock.
Tried mucter's stock tune and it was better but afs are out of place. No noise however.
Noise occured after a qui k blip of throttle and during part throtle load. I know it was there cause a friend heard it right away outside the car too.
