omini power coils vs. ground control coils?

whats the best setup i can go with, with a crvtec to get the best all-motor power and low cost? i want it to be street legal still but yet able to do well at the strip. its a bone stock swap in my crx. just need opinions or what you guys think?

on my 88 crx si the rims are 14 in offset 38 x 100

i need opinions on what size tires and which tires would be best fit for some 14 in rims? mugen mr5s to be exact.

i have a cr-vtec and need to get some 270 cc fuel injectors? my motor is starting to stutter when i'm on the freeway doing about 75. it only happens between 70-75 and if i go up to about 80 it'll stop. i'm approaching 10k on the motor so would that be a factor? so does anyone know where i could get ...
