Behavior resembles OEM TC kicking in aggressively since you dont have TC enabled.
BUT regardless i would start by fixing that AirFuel table bro, that is just wayyyyyyyyyy too rich!

My tuned car is FL5 JDM 37820-66V-J04
- Stock internal
- Turbo RV6 R660
- Intercooler Wagner
- HPFP Full-Race P0370A-A
- Boost 2 bar
Found the flaaping around 6,000+ rpm but just sometime not every run occurred.
After full throttle few times, I found misfire at high rpm also.

Should i wire the “ECU 53 SEE SHEET 2“ in the red circle to B9 pin at the ECU then modify the calibration.

You need to try your ECU on a known working vehicle and see if it reads correctly. If it has the same issue, then the ECU is most likely damaged and would have to be replaced.
So, you mean the O2 wiring diagram for Civic Type R EP3 and Integra DC5 is the same right?

When you datalog, what errors are you seeing?
Stock calibration, there are 2 error codes
- P0563: VBU Voltage High
- P1162: Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) slow response

The ECU model is 37820-PRD-013
I'm facing 2 problems.
1. The primary PHO2 is not function. Look like heater is function not properly.
Because after running engine hard enough the O2 sensor functional normally.

I have issue with move cursor left/right around datalog graph with arrows keyboard.
