Are u suppose to go with the stock crank pulses or change them like u do the dead times?

I installed rdx injectors and ever since I have to crank on my car forever for it too start, I had my tuner change the dead times and adjust the kal for the new injectors, the car feels great after it is started.. I have a 2006 rsx type s with aem v2, greddy evo2, kpro and I just installed a plm race header, I have tuning the cai dyno cal that's on kpro after installing header should I stay on the same cal and keep tuning with header or start all over with the itr toda header cal on kpro?

I've tried using the 06z1 cai Kal but it isn't running on my car very well, my car is stock with only a aem v2 and a exhaust.. I'm just trying to get a basemap until I get a 02-04 o2 sensor and can start datalogging and trying to street tune, any help would be greatly appreciated.
