Ok so used a multimeter to test all three pins on the tps. Got 5V, 0.02 (signal wire) and 0.03. Plugged it in, turn the key to the on position without starting it. Back probed the signal wire and slowly opened the throttle. At WOT it was only getting 3.87 volts. It's my understanding that it should ...

Sorry been at work all day. Thanks for the replies I'll try recalibrating the tps and see if the correct wires are hooked up when I get off after 5.
