if you plan to go with a full suspension or plan to drag the car use coilovers. but for daily driving and not to much suspension work use springs. just my opinion had both on my civic springs are more forgiving.

6g civic w/ cable tranny wondering how to or which upper tranny mount to use. it is a b18 tranny.
