Data logging problem

engine is k24
custom exhaust manifold 2'' runner
3inch exhaust piping
hks mushroom + swirl intake
sard fpr set @43psi
aem 320LPH fuel pump

problem:

when i start the data log with my laptop everything looks fine. the display and sensors shows the exact values after connecting and also starting ...

Cold startup problem!!!

problem no: 1
when i startup my car in

first try it doesn't respond only cranks (fuel pump priming set to 3s)
second try it fires up hardly revs upto 300-400 then dies
third try it fires up revs up to 300-400, struggles then idle to 1200 or something

Hondata mobile can't find kpro. it hardly finds kpro. But once it finds then there is no problem finding it after that, until the battery is removed.
when the battery is removed the next day is same again!(i need to remove the battery as its a swapped car and battery doesn't have a permanent place ...

how much lean? its ok to be 14.7:1 afr at idle.all car will idle lean no matter turbo/supercharged or N/A.
but under boost it should run around 10-11.5 afr
