I asked in 2018 for TPS based boost control and at the time was told that it was “added to the list”.

Is there any more development taking place with K Manager or is it only maintenance from here on out?

The 05-06 RSX engine will not run correctly with the 02-04 ECU. You need the modified ECU from Hondata for it to run correctly. There are sensor differences on the engine.

As long as you are OK without PWM, you could use the output for the rad fan (FANC) to trigger a relay to turn the water pump on and off.

Guess I could have looked that up myself. Note to self: check the help files before asking for help!

I am still very interested in seeing this feature added to KManager. Is there anything on the horizon?

Do any of the aux inputs (analog or digital) get sent by CAN to be seen/read on a digital dash such as PowerTune?

Is there a new release on the horizon with boost by TPS implemented?

The manual says to replace the ecu. But I know the ecu is ok...


The Baro sensor is mounted to the circuit board inside the ECU. That's why you can't find any throubleshooting other than "replace ECU". Why it works on one car and not another is a mystery. Are you using the same tune file for ...

If you are using a PRB ECU and PRB calibration, why not use the PRB OEM O2 sensor? It is a wideband in every sense of the word, and will permit every function/capability of an aftermarket (PLX or other) wideband system.

Is it possible that what you are experiencing is spark blow out? What boost pressures are you running and what spark plug gap are you running?
