sorry for the stupid question.
What exactly does the little blue circuit board (S100) actually do? because I have the chiop which can be removed and reprogrammed so I cant really see what it does.

I recently purchased a P28 ECU with hondata S100 installed. It is second hand and originally came from a civic with h22a conversion. I am using it in a Euro '97 accord.
My problem is that sometimes when i turn the ignition on the check engine light stays on and the main relay does not click ...
