It is a new AEM O2 gauge, it runs the 5v sense wire to the ECU, it has a butt connector in it, which might do it.
The gauge has its analog + and - wires connected as well. The O2 sensor is new as well.
It doesn't seem to roam once I reset it for that particular drive. I can drive it around for an ...

S300 Roaming O2 Voltage Offset
Hello I have a 1990 Honda with an S300. I am working with an online tuner to do a street tune after some engine work.
Everytime that I get a calibration it seems that I need to reset the O2 voltage offset.

2nd run) Offset @ (-0.9)
3rd run) Offset @ (-1.4)
Could this be ...

Re: S300 not reading 02
Sorry, I know the mechanics of the car well, but I would need to look up what you mean.
I am using a new AEM O2 wideband with the 0-5v wire connected into the ECU.

S300 not reading 02
Hey,
Ive been having a problem tuning my vehicle with an S300. I was getting no reading on the laptop with 02.
So I swapped the wideband out with a new AEM one, replaced the sensor in the exhaust, ran new wiring, and still the same no reading problem.
When I run the car, the gauge on the dash says ...

Re: Please help with new distributor install
I understand how to set it properly, but my original calibration is set to this incorrect dist timing.
I cant even get it running good enough to get it to the tuner.

Re: Please help with new distributor install
yeah well my car ran fine before this, and all Im trying to do is match the old distributor placement to the new one.
The old setup was 0deg on Smanager is 15BTDC on the fly
The new distributor reads 10BTDC on the Smanager when its 15BTDC on the wheel
so the timing is 10 deg out right?
I should be ...

Re: S300 distributor replacement question
Ok got it fixed to 15deg mark on flywheel and Hondata. All good there. But now I’m noticing some lean conditions on my wideband..?? How will changing the dist affect the tuning? I assume my hondata tuner adjusted the old dist the same way.......

Re: S300 distributor replacement question
can you set Hondata to read 0deg in the set timing drop down menu, set your dist. and timing light (non-dial back) to 0deg-TDC on the flywheel, lock it in. And then run the motor and check the timing on the flywheel with the light to see if it matches what hondata is saying in my sensor list? Like ...

Re: S300 distributor replacement question
So I’ve done this all. The car runs. But when I froze the timing on Smanager it freezes it at 16BTDC, but when I’m adjusting my distributor I cant get it turned to the 15deg mark on my flywheel. Just the TDC mark. So I adjusted the Smanager to freeze at 0BTDC and set the timing light to TDC mark on ...
