The car has a few counts of knock and is running lean in the upper RPMs and rich in the upper RPMs when it engages VTEC. After the intake change you should switch to a speed density tune.

Yes, this tune is running in speed density (MAP based).

Post a log and the calibration and i can take a look at it. Normally for aftermarket intakes the cars run better in speed density. These car are known to heatsoak when you have an open air intake under the hood. The car may be doing what it needs to do to prevent knock. If you have zeroed out the ...

Have you added fuel to the table right before it switches into the VTEC tables?

I suggest you start with a stock calibration change the injector size and switch it to run on speed density. Adjust as needed to get it running properly.
