5w-20 or 5w-30 will work fine. It really has nothing to do with revs, but with load. If you really hammer your car, ok, go with 5w-30. 5w-20 is excellent and there is no potential for harm or excess wear with it. imo 5w-20 is really best for short-trip drivers, but I have yet to see a problematic ...
