I recently discovered this issue in my 05 S2000 as well. Afr is stuck at 14.7 all the time as the OP has shown. I have the narrowband secondary o2 checked in my closed loop settings and I am using the stock primary o2 sensor. As you can see from the data log, the O2 voltage starts out around 4.06v ...
