2007 civic si

Drove the car home, messed with fuse box and Lost power to ecu and fuel pump, coolant gauge was dim, relays were clicking. etc

Got that solved with a used ECM/ECU same exact part number as my original (37820-RRB-A12)

Now my problem is the immobilizer needs reprogrammed and how do ...

Does anyone have a similar set up and can get me going in the right direction so the motor doesnt blow on the way to get tuned tomorrow morning.
