I am beginning to think my board is defective.. THis never happened w/ my s200..
I"m going to have to find someone who has a s300 board and test it against mine..

I had this exact same problem w/ a chipped p06 that I used for s300.. It worked fine for a couple weeks w/ no problems, but began to throw this code every now and then and eventually most of the time..
Sometimes it would result in the enigne stalling and was more of a nusiance.. I finally got tired ...

Okay,
Here's my new problem.. I just switched to a p28 ecu for my s300..
I was using a chipped po6 before and had no problems switching from open loop to closed loop. I am using an Innovative LM1 and have the analog signal hooked up to the ecu inputs for the o2 sensor. and also to the EGR valve ...

I'd like to know too.. My car runs real lean for about a minute and has also died out sometimes when I start the eninge after its been off for 10-30 minutes.. my WB shows AFR's in the neighborhood of 17-19..
In the morning when I go start it up, the AFR's are fine and this problem is non existant ...
