I have contacted Greddy before they said it has to be my car and not the tune. They had me check spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel pressure, etc. and send them pictures. This is the calibration from the Hondata USB drive it doesn't show any fuel maps, ignition timing tables and is locked out. As far as the data log I will have to record some data I will get back to you.

The turbo kit comes with a Hondata CARB Flash Pro and the calibration is on a thumb drive.

The car has all the original parts that come in the Greddy CARB legal turbo kit, stock engine and catalytic converter. I'm also running the carb legal tune included with the kit. So yes from what I know of everything is CARB legal.
