Are you sure about that? I have PR3 ECU here, PN: 37820-PR3-J00

It has OBD0 style plugs and was used by sg-t for Hondata.

Use HondaLogger and see what your Target Idle says. Make changes to the target idle using ROM Editor and start the car with the new program. Does the change make a difference in HondaLogger?
