Hi, i have a b16a1 withe a P30 Obd1 ECU. I would like to install a knock sensor on my car. Is it possible with an hondata S300 ?

My modification inside the b16 is :
Pistons Eagle from B18 en 81.25 mm Forged
Soupapes KMS stage II en titatinium +0.5
Bloc guard KMS
Kit turbo Greddy Basse pression TD05-18G stock pression ( 6psi ...
