Yea I was trying to install the toggle switch between the clutch switch and the hondata box. But the Problem I was having was that when I was testing the 2 wires going to the Clutch Switch I found the negative and assumed the other wire was the power(positive) wire but when I tested it My test Light ...

Ok So Obviously we have the 2 step option as part of the hondata Stage4b and with the clutch pedal pushed in the two step is activated and I can't rev past a certain rpm.
