Have you dynoed your car?

Please answer my layout so that I will be confused.

CAR: 98 Vti
ENGINE: B16A
CAM: TODA A
ECU: STOCK

Is it turboed already?

At 10psi you'll get more that 250. no it is not turboed
i also have a mugen 4-1 headers
and im thinking to buy a supercharger not turbo(jackson ...

I don't know what type of TODA cams you bought. SO I cannot say if it is compatible with your turbo.
IN 220 (6.0) - 290 (11.6) - 240 (9.0)
EX 220 (5.5) - 280 (11.2) - 240 (8.5)

how do i convert my computer to obd1 ecu ?
and how much boost do i need to make my engine 250 ...
