Flashpro not displaying rpm gauge reading or any others

As the title says I cant seem to get a reading of rpm or any other sensors while connected to my laptop. What is mainly confusing me and how I know its not the flashpro itself is I have no problem getting these readings on the mobile app on my phone. I also dont have the option to start a datalog from the pc aswell. Thankyou for the help in advance!

What are you clicking to begin datalogging on the laptop?
