Anyone have this problem

I'm having an issue with my flashpro manager on my laptop I pull up calibrations and it stays blank I don't get it. Since yesterday afternoon its been doing that and help would be great

Have you restarted the laptop?

i had this same issue. had to plug my flashpro in to my laptop, cleared it up
