Hello. I have a P29 ECM that according to Hondata is compatible with the S300. Well, I installed it and the engine (D16A9) turns on, but it doesn't go above 3500 rpm, and I get errors 9, 13, and 16, in addition to an oxygen sensor error, which it doesn't even have. Were you able to resolve your problem?
My car is a Del Sol 1992 D16A9 engine and P29 ecu.
Error code 9,13,16
Re: Error code 9,13,16
The first error has to do with the distributor and must be resolved.
The other errors can be disabled in the misc. section of the parameters window.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the distributor and everything seems fine; the readings are within acceptable limits.
However, DTC 09 remains. The car runs fine with that error, but now it won't go above 2500 RPM (approximately), and I see that the TPS reading isn't increasing.
I replaced it, and it seems fine, but after a while, the same problem occurs. In fact, I noticed that with the car off, if I connect my laptop, the TPS works fine, but when I start the engine, it goes haywire again.
Has anyone else had this problem?
What could it be? Could the error 9 be related to it?

You should try your ECU on a known working vehicle and see if the same errors occur.
