F20b dizzy issue setting base ignition timing

I have 95 prelude external coil dizzy one my f20b swaped cd9 accord wagon base is 15°btdc ran out of adjustment do i need to run a different dizzy or has any one shaved the ears to get were i should be

If the dizzy is installed with even slight misalignment, the adjustment slots won’t give enough range and timing will be too far advanced or retarded.
