S300v3 Intermittant USB Connectivity + Other Issues

- serial number of the s300 inside the ECU - 34580
- version of software being used (Help, About) - 2.8.9.0
- the calibration (as an attachment) - attached
- a datalog of a problem (as an attachment)
- what sort of vehicle you have - Civic
- what sort of ECU you are using - P28
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc).
- a specific description of the problem - ECU will not ERASE, cannot upload a new calibration and USB connection is intermittant but mostly will not connect. When it does connect, I see the S300 in device manager and then it disconnects and gos away

Have you tried a different USB cable?

Yes sir with the same result. I also used both cables on another S300 in the same ECU and both connected fine

Post a picture of the top and bottom of the s300 circuit board and one of the inside of the USB port.

You might try cleaning the inside of the USB port with a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol.

Still having issues. Although I can connect, I cannot upload or erase the ECU
