Would getting a used 2010 Acura TSX 3.5 with 140k miles be worth it?

the J-series is a great engine. Especially if it's been maintained properly. The VCM system in the Honda versions of this engine seems to have caused some issues but thankfully Acura left VCM off of the J35 in the TSX V6 and TLs of that era. My friend has a 2012 TL with over 250k miles on the odometer and he's done kind of bare minimum maintenance (basically oil changes at around 6-7.5k mile intervals and timing belts at 100k and 200k miles) and the engine (same 3.5L V6 that the TSX has) runs *really* well. So if the TSX you're looking at has good maintenance records (check for evidence of transmission fluid changes and the timing belt/water pump, too) and if it drives well it should be a decent car.
