My K-Pro Ill powers on green LED, but the red LED stays on even with no USB connected. When I plug in the USB Windows shows "Unknown USB Device (Descriptor Request Failed)." It throws up an engine light but doesn’t read any codes with a obd2 scanner. When I clear codes the light turns back on immediately.
I've tried multiple cables, and reinstalled drivers.

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?
