9th Gen Calibration

Post by 9thgentwincharge »

Hi guys I got a solid tune from my tuner thats 2 hours away from me.. I had mentioned to him that I wanted an aggressive 2-step with pops and bangs (only on 2 step) but he must have forgotten. Is there an easy way that I can load my file without affecting the tune and editing only the 2 step to have the loud bangs?

Thanks!

Have you discussed this with your tuner?

Yeah he continues to say it’s enabled. Right it’s enabled but he won’t be clear if I can add pops and bangs to only the 2step. Was wondering if that’s a simple process that I can just plugin to the laptop and make a couple tweaks to the launch control panel

Is the calibration locked by the tuner?

Hi it’s not, I have full access. It’s a flex fuel tune, sorry for the delayed response.

Then you can open the calibration and see what has been enabled.

I regret even tuning with this guy cause my gauge is reading 23% ethanol on a flex fuel tune and I’m getting hesitant startups even warm engine and overbearing fumes. Is there any way to recover my previous file some how? (He just made a new file)

Only if you have it saved somewhere.
