S300J Unable to Datalog

Post by kennythinggoes »

I’m facing an issue with an S300J V3 board in a P72J ECU. I’m able to connect to the ECU using the laptop and upload changes, however I’m having difficulty performing data logging and reading the sensors from the car. I’m grateful if anyone is able to assist.

Did you remove J4 (surface mount 0 ohm resistor) and transfer to J1 (located on the back of the circuit board)?

Yes, J4 has been removed and transferred in the position of J1 on the back.

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

What are you clicking to begin datalogging?

In Help->About the version of the software is 2.8.9.0, Build 4941. To begin datalogging, I’m using the “lightning bolt” icon (Start/stop datalogging button labeled as F10).

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
