FG2/FA5, completely stock, tuned question

Does anyone know if it is safe to take the "FG2/FA5, completely stock, tuned" tune and change nothing but the VTEC engagement to 4350 rpm for both the lower and upper window without running into issues? If not, does anyone have a tune that I can download that will do so? Just got my FlashPro yesterday.

You would have to measure the power to see if it is beneficial and if the AF ratio is safe doing this.
