[FL5] Throttle plate flapping around 6,000+ rpm

My tuned car is FL5 JDM 37820-66V-J04
- Stock internal
- Turbo RV6 R660
- Intercooler Wagner
- HPFP Full-Race P0370A-A
- Boost 2 bar

Found the flaaping around 6,000+ rpm but just sometime not every run occurred.
After full throttle few times, I found misfire at high rpm also.
I assumed that because of A/F getting richer than target which is 10.6
but actual A/F rich over 10.3 the misfire sound occurred.

Could you please help what happen and how to fix it ?

Behavior resembles OEM TC kicking in aggressively since you dont have TC enabled.
BUT regardless i would start by fixing that AirFuel table bro, that is just wayyyyyyyyyy too rich!

If you need a new tune, see my signature for help... because wow. Plenty room for improvement there.
