I am experiencing an issue where my K-Pro V4 does not reliably retain calibration changes after flashing.
The ECU will accept a flash without errors and the vehicle starts, runs, and drives normally. However, after a key cycle, the calibration will intermittently revert or fail to retain the flashed values.
If I enter live tuning and make a small global change (for example +0.5% fuel), the tune will hold until the ECU is powered off again.
This behavior is repeatable and intermittent.
Symptoms Observed
• ECU flashes successfully with no errors
• Vehicle operates normally
• Calibration does not reliably persist after key-off
• Live tuning changes (RAM) work correctly
• Calibration reverts after power cycle unless a live change is made
Troubleshooting Already Performed
• Verified stable battery voltage during flashing
• Tested with a known-good basemap
• Issue persists across multiple key cycles
• Live tuning functionality confirmed
Suspected Cause
Based on the symptoms and troubleshooting performed, this appears consistent with a non-volatile flash memory failure on the K-Pro V4 board, rather than a software, calibration, or OEM ECU issue.
any suggestions will be appreciated!

Live tuning will lose the info after power cycling. Please see info in the help file at: https://hondata.com/help/kmanager/live_ ... htsub=live
