CANFLEX LIGHT BLINKING RED

So I installed the canflex on my fl5 and I flashed the car with the correct tune and then started it. I get a cel and the the can box is blinking red indicating a wiring issue. I double checked every connection, re-flashed the tune but its still blinking red. I think I may have a faulty harness but I don't have time to send it back. I also think that the pins may not be seated all the way which I will check today. Any suggestions??

I need to see the wire colors on the both ends of the sensor cable and on the cable coming from the adapter

All of the cables are in the correct orientation, I think I just have a faulty harness. But I’ll send them anyways.
