KPro installation lead times?

Hello peeps. I ordered a Kpro through hybrid racing and shipped it to hondata Nov 28 2025. I am a bit concerned as I have not received any notifications or updates that hondata actually received my ECU. All I have is my tracking showing it was delivered. I was told the time to ship back can take up to 8 weeks "which is approaching soon". Is there anyway to get updates on my order? No responses to emails sent to Hybrid Racing or Hondata leaves me a bit concerned. Is this normal? and what do the current turn around times actually look like? I may just be getting impatient and if thats the case I do apologize as this is the final piece to my K swap .... I am just excited.

It should not take more than 2-4 weeks. Please call and speak to Alicia (extension 100) to see what she can find about your ECU. Provide your ECU serial number and any tracking numbers.

How long did it take to get your ecu from the time it was delivered to Hondata? I’m also anxiously waiting on my Kpro.
