Hi so I’m having trouble getting the program to read my Hondata flash pro I was able to manually download the drivers but it won’t read it once it’s plugged into my computer any help would be greatly appreciated

Probably 2021 the vehicle has been down for a guest years so the issue is it works on my car I can connect to Bluetooth and everything but when I plug into computer it’s gets power but the usb light doesn’t come on

Nothing vehicle is still the same but the issues is the computer doesn’t read it when it’s plugged into the usb port so the actual program isn’t reading the flash pro device
