S300 Issue

I am having a issue with a s300. Both green lights on the s300 board turn on and s300 connects to laptop but the issue i am having is the s300 will hit a ignition cut and rev limit at 2500 rpm and after that car won't run anymore and has no spark. Most sensors are not reading properly when datalog is turned on. If I put my hondata socket tester in the ecu it works properly. The capacitors in the ecu have been changed as well. I tried the s300 into another ecu and something with a good working ecu as well.

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?
