Black screen

How do I fix my display? At first, it was a white screen. Now it has switched to this and I cannot see or do anything. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading it, but nothing seems to work.

This is how I have it set. However, my screen randomly goes black. Then, I cannot do anything (like the previous post's pictures). Today, it is back to being white. I do not understand why it keeps going black.

Try updating your video card drivers.

It says that it is updated, but the issue is still occurring.

What version of windows are you using?

Are you just putting the laptop to sleep, or are you completely shutting it down?

Putting it to sleep but I sometimes restart it when it goes black. However, it does not fix the issue
