2017+-2022 CRV 1.5T/CVT tuning help

Post by scofield »

I have a 2022 CR-V 1.5T CVT equipped with a race header and the stock cat-back exhaust. I am planning further upgrades and have a few questions regarding the calibration:

Q1: I plan to install the aFe Takeda Momentum Cold Air Intake (3.5"). Does the Hondata base map include a specific selection for this intake? If there is no pre-set option, how should I proceed with the calibration?

Q2: Following up on Q1, I also want to upgrade to the PRL High-Volume MAF Housing (75mm ID). I understand this requires scaling the MAF sensor. Is there a built-in "drop-down" option for this hardware in the software, or where specifically should I go to input the new hardware parameters?

Q3: If I upgrade to the PRL Turbocharger Inlet Pipe, what specific adjustments or compensations should be made in the tune to account for the increased airflow into the turbo?

thanks you

There are no options for this pre-tuned with those parts. It will need to be tuned on the dyno for these.

have any default vaule suggest for this MAF change ?

Could you please guide me on which specific tab in FlashPro Manager I should use to input these values? Is it under 'Calibration > Sensors > MAF Scaling', and are there any other compensation tables (e.g., IAT or AFM) I should adjust to ensure the 75mm MAF housing functions correctly?

I don't' have values to give you. This will need to be tuned by someone familiar with tuning these types of vehicles with these parts.
