Problems with CAN flex fuel not uploading

Installed CanFlex

Wont let me upload the " ITS-2024-2a-canflex-49state " on the flashpro.

Says " This flashpro can only be use with the Integra Type S. The current vehicle is unknown."

I had a TSP tune that you guys had to edit for the 2026 (integra type s)year to work, back in October 16. Which worked great. I re-uploaded the TSP tune since there was a new software update.
Now it's struggling/idles rough. I'm not sure if the canflex is doing that or it's just relearning. But it never did that with the TSP tune before.
Unplugged the canflex to see if it idles better, it didnt.

Still on 93 octane. Just trying to get things ready to eventually run full ethanol in the future with upgrades.

Also when I connect to the flashpro, I can't see the details of the current tune(TSP tune), in the calibration tab. Just empty, nothing click-able. Usually shows a summary of the tune. not sure if thats normal. Can upload that same tune just fine.

included the tsp tune that worked before the canflex install and software update.

Just ordered a stage 3 flex fuel tune from phearable. Just curious on what happened and if its a software or hardware issue.

Didn't rev past 1500 RPM, it was in limp mode. Cleared codes with a scanner and the idling problem went away. CANFlex is plugged back in and running the TSP tune just fine. (Can't drive the car, garaged for winter)

Thought it was possibly an air leak or an electrical issue. That wasn't the case.

So just need a calibration file to test the flex fuel.

The file you were sent was not setup correctly for your year vehicle and they will need to send you the correct file.

The file im trying to load is from the FlashPro? Hondata base map for canflex fuel? Doesnt work for the 2026 year.
(Ignore the TSP tune, that was something else I thought was a different problem)

What year is selected in the vehicle field of the New Calibration window?

Havent tried to load it yet since im away for a bit.

Just some feedback. Calibration works. Live data shows ethanol at 10%. All good.
