2006 Honda S2000 Greddy turbo kit carb flash tune P0172

I have 2006 Honda S2000 with a Greddy turbo kit and running the carb tune. The only mods installed is a greddy RS race catback exhaust and suspension. I have fixed a few leaks and replaced both oxygen sensors with no change. The P0172 keeps getting triggered at around cruising speed bout 78 mph and the scanner Long term trim is around -22 to -24. The engine doesn't seem to lag and runs great. Any help would be appreciated.

Are all parts CARB approved?

The car has all the original parts that come in the Greddy CARB legal turbo kit, stock engine and catalytic converter. I'm also running the carb legal tune included with the kit. So yes from what I know of everything is CARB legal.

Where did you get this calibration?

The turbo kit comes with a Hondata CARB Flash Pro and the calibration is on a thumb drive.

Post the calibration as well as a datalog showing the issue.

This is the calibration from the Hondata USB drive it doesn't show any fuel maps, ignition timing tables and is locked out. As far as the data log I will have to record some data I will get back to you.

You will need to contact Greddy about this as we cannot make changes to a CARB calibration and we do not have the calibration they have provided to you.

I have contacted Greddy before they said it has to be my car and not the tune. They had me check spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel pressure, etc. and send them pictures. So I'm stuck I took it to a Honda tech he said it has to be the CARB tune and its locked out can't make any adjustments to the fuel. Would the higher flowing Greddy race exhaust be what's throwing off the tune because its 3 inch piping without a resonator and a 151mm tube? It would have way less backpressure than stock exhaust.

As CARB calibrations cannot be altered, there is nothing we can do. This will be up to Greddy.
