Title: Unsupported 16-Bit Application
Message: The program or feature "\??\C:\Users\my_user\AppData\Local\Hondata\FlashPro\update.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.
My installation:
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on 8/10/2025
OS Build 19045.6466
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 9/26/2020
OS Build 19045.7291
I’m getting the same error message, went to download the software since the last version bugged out. Now can’t even download the software from the website.
I’m flashpromanagerless🤣

Re: FlashProManager 4.6.9
Hi Spunkster,
my client (FP-RDX-160091) has the same issue. He hasn't been able to connect to the ECU since updating to 4.6.8 and then 4.6.9. He has already sent feedback through the app. Finally, he rolled back to 4.6.4, but it is asking to update to the newer version now.
Any advice on what we should do next?
Btw, FP has 4.6.8 bootloader 8 main 280 at the moment

Re: FlashProManager 4.6.9
Many of us still waiting for Hondata to reply on this treat. Actually we have observe that the current software version on the download page has been changed from the 4.6.9.0 to 4.6.6.0 since last friday (rolled back to a 2th April version....) but in the release notes says 4.7.0. Using the 'Check for upgrades' option in the FP Manager it says 'Up to date'..... But in my case this is not the most importat issue, I´m still waiting for FP device memory corrupted escalation response (in this same treat and mail) after download the 4.6.7.0 version last week.

Re: FlashProManager 4.7.1
Everything should be working now.
If you have an EBCAN purchased in the last two weeks which has a serial number on it then unplug the EBCAN when uploading. That will not be necessary after the next release which will update the EBCAN firmware.

FlashPro License Corruption After Firmware Update
Hello Hondata Support,
The customer has already contacted you multiple times through the feedback system regarding this issue but has not received a resolution yet.
The FlashPro was functioning normally before the firmware update. After updating, the device now reports:
FlashPro Vendor: Unknown
Dealer FlashPro: Yes
Corrupted VIN data in the license section
Serial number displayed with a "?-" prefix
At the same time:
EEPROM Memory Test: OK
Flash Memory Test: OK
Firmware Checksum: OK
ECU communication is working correctly
This strongly suggests that the firmware update corrupted the internal license information while the hardware itself remains functional.
Could you please review this case and advise on a recovery procedure or RMA process?
Replacing the device would be difficult to justify when the issue appeared immediately after an official firmware update.
Additionally, can you clarify why new user registrations on the Hondata forum will not be activated?
=> Shady0286 = New User which reported the issue...
The car need further tune updates from me - I hope this issue will be fixed soon.
