Hondata s300 v3 app help

My first time owning s300. I purchase the hondata app on my Samsung galaxy s24 if that helps. Am having trouble connecting 10% I can get a stable connection but no live values?. Most of the time keeps rescan rescan connected rescan. I tried to play with the 3.0 to 4.0 or manually I jist can't get it to work. If someone can tell me what am doing wrong or how to. Because youtube doesn't have a 100% step by step. Would love to see live reading & stable connection. Thanks
