Car Radar repair in workshop

Hi Hondata,
Recently my car involved in minor accident and there is a possibilty of radar unit replacement.
The dashboard has shown ACC error.
I send my car to the honda insurance repair workshop

Questions:

1. Will the workshop able to fix the radar including callibration and reset the error with my custom flash in the ECU ?
2. In case they flashed with the factory ECU on my car, am I able to reflash my custom calibration with my Flashpro unit ?
3. WIll there caused any issue between my Flashpro unit that registered with my car ?

They should not have to reflash the ECU to calibrate this.
