FlashPro datalog down load fail

Post by scofield »

Hi Hondata,
I found an issue where downloading or saving a datalog fails whenever the recording duration is too long (file size exceeds ~2MB / 2,000,000 bytes).

Is there any workaround or solution to improve or resolve this?

after press save as or down

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Software version: 4.7.7
However, this issue has already been occurring in earlier versions.

I tried recording datalogs multiple times, and whenever a log exceeds 2 to 3 minutes, the issue occurs—making it impossible to download or save the file.

However, when I tested using a different FlashPro unit, I didn't encounter this issue at all, even when recording for over 10 minutes.

Before download or save as

after downloading and saving the log, but now the FlashPro has completely crashed

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
