Vtec engagement j32a3

I have a j32a3 swapped Acura tsx and noticed that vtec crossover is only rarely audible. Hondata says it activating as I see the vts go from off to on. No cel lights are on but did notice in vtec window pressure under map everything is set to 4.311 bar is this correct?

Without seeing the calibration it's hard to tell. Post the calibration and datalog.
