S300 v1 software issues

How to Turn Off Memory Integrity

1. Open the Start menu and type Windows Security, then press Enter.
2. Click on Device security.
3. Under the Core isolation section, click on Core isolation details.
4. Toggle the switch for Memory integrity to Off.
5. Restart your computer.

What shows up in the Windows device manager when you plug and unplug the USB from the s300 while in the vehicle with the ignition in the on position.

I found that it is connected to my computer, but I cannot adjust any ECU settings through the laptop. The display doesn't show any numerical changes when the car is started.
