Car: UK Honda Civic Type R FN2
Flashpro: FP-SI-INT
Flashpro manager: 4.7.7.0
History: Loaded the Group N map onto my car a while back using an older version of Flashpro Manager (can't remember the version). I've since changed laptop so installed Flashpro Manager 4.7.7.0 on my Windows 11 laptop and hooked the laptop and Flashpro up to the car. The Flashpro manager performed a firmware update (presumably due to now using a newer version of Flashpro Manager now). I then went to return my car to stock using the steps below.
Screenshot before doing anything:

Steps:
1. Selected Online > Return ECU to stock
2. I got the "uploading to ECU" progress bar and it completed successfully showing "The last Flashpro upload succeeded"

3. Then I selected Online > Unlock from vehicle

4. It then asked if I was selling to which I said yes

4. I then got a message saying "Flashpro unlocked from this vehicle"

5. At this point on the Flashpro tab there are loads of things with the yellow triangle and shows "Last upload: Failed". The ECU item (and several of the items underneath this) also has a yellow triangle however the ECU mode says "Normal". I can also see it is showing a green ticked next to unlocked at the bottom left and the registered owner details are empty.

I decided to try again, so registered the Flashpro (as it was now unregistered), locked it to the car and performed the steps above to return it to stock. Same thing happened - it appeared to work but still have the same yellow warnings as before and says "Last upload: Failed".
The car starts and drives ok - no warning lights, and the Group N map has been removed (VTEC cross over is back to the stock point).
Is this normal when returning a car to stock and unlocking it? Has it actually been unlocked (it looks like it from the screenshots) but not sure why there are loads of warnings?
