kinda not clear with things, im just stupid so bare with me

ok i kind understand how all this hondata works but still kind unclear so im gonna ask some questions that might make me sound stupid so bare with me, alright
so first off does the hondata just replace ur stock ecu and bolt right in the same place? If i run 7psi daily but 18psi at the track does hondata automatically change all the curves if i adjust the psi from a electronic boost control, well hondata bump up the fuel and everything else ect ect? Well having a crane cam hi-6s ignition hurt anything, it just installed for the bigger spark the timing issues? And once its tuned from a dealer is that it or do i have to keep bringing it back to get retuned if the boost is changed or anything else? And last but not least well i just need a s200 w/boost for a
92 civic b16a obd1 w/550cc injectors, walbro pump, t3/t4 hybrid basically IS HONDATA ALL I NEED! i mean if i do all the labor work but not the tuning and get everything set would i just have to bring it to the dealer and tune and buy a hondata then i can fuk with the boost and race with no problem, or would i have to get some more elctronic stuff besides hondata?
