D15B...ecu?

Post by turbo'dEG4 »

hi there i have a JDM honda civic EG4, D15B vtec i was wondering if hondata do anything for my car? the cars been boosted with a top fuel turbo kit, custom intercooler, hks super drager, modified dc sports induction kit, removed cat, nology leads and also changed the plugs to hks. had the car dyno'd and the a/f ratio is all over the place so in the market looking for an ecu that will let me tune the car up right.
Would the hondata s200 be a good choice and has anyone fitted one to this model car with a simailer setup?
Thanks for any help you guys can provide!

You can use the Hondata S200B and Big injectors. Tune it right and it'll give NA B16s a run for their money.

What sort of injectors would i need?

Post by turbo'dEG4 »

What size injectors do you think would be best? still kinda new to this, would the prelude 2.2 vtec injectors be good enough or would it be best to go with aftermarket ones, if so which ones considering i'm only running at about 7psi? Although i would be raising this at a later date in search or more power!

Cheers for the help!

I'd go for 440CC injectors RC injectors. On a stock engine I wouldn't suggest running more than 8 psi boost.

We tune a D15B at 8 psi and It runs very well.
